Liz did a great job of helping us prepare to put our house on the market. This included staging, organizing and decluttering. She researched the market for comparable sales and assisted the whole way through the sale of the home. She also had good relationships with the other realtors, which I think helped to sell the home. Liz Mudroncik is a very professional real estate agent who listened to our specific wants and needs. We had a very long list of things we wanted in a new home to make us even consider selling our current home. Unbelievably she was able to find us the perfect location and house that we now call home. Liz was available to quickly answer all of our questions and make sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our family cannot recommend her enough if you are in the market to buy or sell. Liz was our 3rd realtor in 2 years. We admit it, we were super picky when it came to buying a house. We knew what we wanted, what we didn't want, and we didn't want to compromise! And she was STILL willing to work with us ;) Liz made herself available to us at our convenience which I'm sure wasn't always convenient for her (late nights, weekends, etc). What really stood out to me about Liz was when we would see a "dud", or a house that just didn't fit our specific needs-she didn't try to sell us on the house. She would simply say "Ok, this isn't it. But we WILL find your perfect home!" Her positivity and energy were a breath of fresh air. When our perfect house finally came on the market, Liz worked hard to show it to us even when there were 13 other showings in 1 day. And then she showed it to us the next day. When she called 2 days later to tell us our offer was accepted, she was almost happier than we were. If you have ever bought a house you know of all the details that have to happen in a short period of time. Liz made them seem effortless. She handled herself professionally and yet still personably throughout the whole process. She worked hard to find us a house, show us a house, buy a house, and even after closing was still available to answer our questions.
